CrossFit ClassConstantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. This class can be scaled/modified for all ages, but still provide the proper stimulus as the prescribed work out.

CrossFit LegendsA 30 minute class, that will provide functional movement, performed at a lower intensity. This will help individuals build a solid foundation to be more independent and build strength.

Teo HustleA 30 minute class targeted towards individuals who want a jump start into CrossFit. We will focus on cardio, core, body weight movements, mobility, kettlebells + dumbbells.

Open Gym This will be a time for members to come in and make up work outs, practice skills, or work on building a strength. This is a time that members will be able to work on their own, coaches will be there to supervise.
