CrossFit legends demonstrates that you're never too old or out-of- shape to benefit from the basic principals of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of lives.

Tots & Moms- If you're a mother thats looking to workout this winter and have your kids burn energy, this is the class for you. You will come in and move, sweat and enjoy the company of other mothers. This will be a time for you and your kids to get out the house and start feeling better.
TEO Barbell- If you're looking to spend a little more time learning technique and getting more comfortable with a barbell, then this 45 minute class is for you. Every Monday and Wednesday you will focus on your technique such as the deadlift, shoulder press, cleans, snatches, front squats and back squats.
TEO Cardio and Core- This 30 minute workout is perfect for those that are short on time but still want to come in and get a workout. Majority of the workouts have a machine, are body weight movements, and have some type of dumbbell movement. These workouts are short with a high intensity.
