- Mallory Becerril
- Mallory was born and raised in Mount Pleasant Iowa. Mallory graduated from Iowa State in 2011 with her bachelors in Human Science and where she also ran track during her 3 years there. She moved home to help start up Airport Road Vineyard, and now manages all the events, catering and day to day operations. In 2017 Mallory and Raul were married, and started growing their family. Not only does Mallory coach she also does the behind the scenes work at CF Teo, with handling the winery, gym, and her two little boys, Mallory has her hands full. CrossFit Teo is thankful and appreciate all that Mallory does.
Raul Becerril
Born and raised in Mission Texas, Raul played college football and ran track at Iowa Wesleyan College from 2011-2015. Raul is married to Mallory Becerril and they have two boys, Enrique and Cruz. After track season was cut Raul's senior year, he decided to give CrossFit a try. Two years into CrossFit, Raul decided to get his coaches certification and begin coaching back at his brothers gym in San Antonio, Texas. In 2016 he moved back to Iowa and had a vision of opening up his own facility. Fast forward to 2019 Raul and his wife opened up CrossFit Teo. Raul enjoys watching individuals tackling and accomplishing tough work. One of Raul' favorite sayings is "It's not the skill of the man, it's the will of the man."

Keelyn McNamee
Keelyn was born and raised here in Mt. Pleasant, and is a recent graduate of Iowa Wesleyan University, with a Bachelors in Finance and management. Keelyn is currently working at Davidson Insurance and Financial Services full time. In her free time, she loves spending times outdoors, especially with her family, friends, and sweet dog Wrigley. Keelyn got into CrossFit her senior year of high school. Then after a few years of working out she decided to get her CF level 1 shortly after CrossFit Teo opened. Keelyn enjoyed seeing the progress members were making throughout their fitness journey and knew she wanted to be part of something bigger than her own fitness.
