Raul Becerril
Hola Mi Nombre es Raul Becerril and I'm one of the head coaches here at CrossFit Teo. I've been serving members here for 6 years. I was born and raised in Mission Texas and moved to Mount Pleasant Iowa in 2011. I met my wife Mallory here and got married in 2017. We then opened up our gym in 2019 and started a family as well.
In college I played football and did track for 4 years. I also graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and minor in health. Durning my time in college I was introduced to CrossFit and enjoyed the process of becoming a better version of myself. I then started bringing people along and helping them become healthier and stronger.
Outside the gym I enjoy fishing, traveling with my wife and roughhousing with the kids.

Keelyn Kauffman
Hello my name is Keelyn Kauffman and I am a coach of 5 years here at CrossFit Teo. I grew up here in Mt. Pleasant, playing softball, volleyball, and soccer in high school. I then went to Iowa Wesleyan University for Finance & Marketing, while also continuing my athletic career with softball and volleyball.
While going to Iowa Wesleyan I started doing CrossFit-style workouts in the garagemahal with Mal and Raul and got hooked. I loved the community CrossFit provided and loved seeing people better themselves and wanted to be a part of it all.
Outside of coaching, I love to spend my time with my husband Kyle and our two fur kids- our dog, Wrigley and our cat, Bags. I also work full time at Edward Jones. A good rest day from the gym (or working) usually consists of walks around town with Kyle, reading a book, or traveling!

Ally Zierke
My name is Ally Zierke. I grew up in Cedar Falls Iowa and attended the University of Northern Iowa to earn a degree in Exercise Science. Through high school I played soccer and ran cross country and eventually found crossfit during my freshman year of college. I started out doing CrossFit to stay in shape but it quickly turned into a competitive outlet for me. I have competed on a team at the CrossFit games in 2022 and 2023 and have been to semifinals individually in 2025. I have been coaching CrossFit since 2020 and start coaching at CrossFit Teo in 2023.
I coach CrossFit because I enjoy helping people become the best version of themselves! When I am not at the gym I enjoy spending time with my fiancé at home, either working on house projects or hanging out with our 5 wiener dogs.
