If you're not comfortable at cycling a barbell and need practice, this is the class for you! The pace of this class will be tailored to your needs, whether you're looking for a fast pace or steady pace class, this is where you'll want to be. This class is on Monday's and Wednesday's at 4:15 pm, make sure you come out and try it! This will also give you an opportunity to get familiar with movments we do in a regular CrossFit class.
