CrossFit Classes
A high- intensity fitness program incorporating elements of different sports and types of exercises. Workouts will be different every day, some days will be short others will be longer. This fitness program will get you ready for any sport or activity you're ready to take on.

Our focus is to create independent individuals. We help those in need of better movement and mechanics. CrossFit legends demonstrates that you're never too old or out-of- shape to benefit from the basic principals of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of lives.

​TEO Cardio and Core (TCC)

 Those looking for a quick 30 minute burner, we've designed different workouts that'll attack your cardiovascular system and midline. You'll be using rowers, bikes, ski ergs, dumbbells and slamballs to get the workout you've been looking for. 

Teo Barbell

If you're not comfortable at cycling a barbell and need practice, this is the class for you! The pace of this class will be tailored to your needs, whether you're looking for a fast pace or steady pace class, this is where you'll want to be. This class is on Monday's and Wednesday's at 4:15 pm, make sure you come out and try it! This will also give you an opportunity to get familiar with movments we do in a regular CrossFit class.
